These terms govern access to Circa and any related services. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only in ways that respect the people and places around you.
Who may use Circa
You must meet the minimum age required in your region and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, racial slurs, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, or spam.
- No attempts to bypass location rules or gain access to circles dishonestly.
- No illegal activity, spam, or abuse of the reporting and moderation systems.
Content and moderation
You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant Circa permission to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. Circa has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content may be filtered before posting, removed after review, and accounts may be suspended when they violate safety or community rules.
Availability
Circa may change features, geographic availability, or access rules over time. The app is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
Termination
You may stop using Circa at any time. Circa may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, safety concerns, or legal requirements make that necessary.
