Who may use Circa

You must meet the minimum age required in your region and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, threats, impersonation, or hateful conduct.
• No attempts to bypass location rules or gain access to circles dishonestly.
• No illegal activity, spam, or abuse of the reporting and moderation systems.

Content and moderation

You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant Circa permission to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. Circa may remove content or suspend accounts that violate safety or community rules.

Availability

Circa may change features, geographic availability, or access rules over time. The app is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

Termination

You may stop using Circa at any time. Circa may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, safety concerns, or legal requirements make that necessary.
